DTV ROLLOUT UPDATES
The DTV Rollout came to a successful completion on Tuesday, July 14, 2009 when we turned off the last analog channel. You are now experiencing 100% digital service with Massillon Cable TV and Clear Picture, Inc.
So few calls are now coming to our special DTV Rollout Center that we have combined them into our regular Customer Service Center. Please call our offices at 330-833-4134 (Stark County residents) or 330-345-8114 (Wayne County residents). We are available to answer questions you may have concerning converters, QAM Tuner TVs, or any other service we offer. We are also available to offer assistance with scheduling service requests and processing payments.

In the summer of 2008, Massillon Cable TV and Clear Picture made a promise to our customers to become all-digital and launch dozens of new high definition channels! With summer almost upon us, we are pleased to announce that our promise is about to become a reality!
Over the past year, we have deployed thousands of converters to help our customers make the digital switch. In the coming weeks we will begin removing several analog channels each week as well as adding new HD channels. Information will be updated frequently so please check back for the latest news and updates.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
ALL-DIGITAL CUSTOMERS
You are an all-digital customer if:
- All your analog TV sets have a digital converter from MCTV or CPI.
- All your digital TV sets are equipped with QAM tuners.

ANALOG CUSTOMERS NEED DIGITAL CONVERTERS
You are an analog customer if you:
- Have any analog TV sets that are not connected to digital converters from MCTV or CPI.
- Have any digital TV sets without QAM tuners.

CHANNEL DELETIONS
Between May 12 and July 14, Massillon Cable TV and Clear Picture will remove all 76 analog channels from the lineup. CHANNEL ADDITIONS
As promised, as analog channels are removed we will begin replacing them with new channels. Once we are finished with the DTV Rollout, viewers will be able to enjoy over 250 channels, 70 HD channels and 41 Music Choice channels!Look for these and other channels to be added over the summer.
