Caller will be notified when usage limitations are exceeded. Home Phone Service reverts to regular rate after promotion ends. Caller ID on TV requires a converter box. Caller ID on TV does not work with Mini-Max converters. Please have a current phone bill in hand when you call to set up phone services with Clear Picture, Inc. Federal regulations require phone account information verification. Charges are on a monthly basis and do not include taxes or franchise fees. Taxes are approximately $5.00 per month for Home Phone Service and include state and local tax and Federal Excise Tax: 8% of phone bill. Monthly service does not include International calls, collect calls or 411 (information) calls that may be placed by the customer. Prices subject to change.
